  • There is no proof of vaccination requirement for our courses.

Full Policy

1. We are a safety-focused business. We exercise an abundance of caution

Firearms Safety Courses in Ontario are permitted by the Firearms Safety Education Service (FSESO) and Chief Firearms Office of Ontario so long as all directions from local Public Health Units are followed.

If a course you have booked is disrupted by any change to public health protocols/policies we will attempt to contact you by email. You can also sign up for email updates here.

2. If You Are Feeling Sick

If you are feeling sick (anything less than in good health) or have any symptoms whatsoever, DO NOT ATTEND CLASS. Stay home and contact us for further instructions. We will not penalize you for protecting us and our clients, but you must notify us in advance of your class start time.

You must notify us in advance: you need to send us an email before the class starts at 9AM sharp, otherwise we will consider you a “no-show” and you’ll be charged for your seat that day. We suggest emailing us immediately upon deciding you are not healthy enough for class.

3. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Masks:

Range Arts will provide hand sanitizer for use during the course. We do not provide any other personal protective equipment. You are welcome to bring what you need.

It is no longer required to mask during the course, but we support your decision to wear a mask while in proximity with others if that’s what makes you feel comfortable. We want all of our clients to feel comfortable and safe while at our courses.

You will be in a room all day with other people whose risk level we cannot know. Please be thoughtful about the comfort level of others with regards to your physical distance from them.

4. Cleaning

Range Arts wipes down all high-touch surfaces and training aids before/after each class.

5. Following Staff Directions

Our staff and instructors are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for all clients. If necessary, at their sole discretion, they can end a client's participation in a course. Please do not argue with stafff about their directions, especially in regards to safety.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and support. We’re thrilled to have so many supportive clients like you!
