Buying Canadian
Most people can probably can name a few American gun brands that are good and reliable choices. But talk of tarifs, trade wars… some petty name calling… in these surprising times for Canada / US relations we are really feeling the boycott energy!
If, like us, you’re looking for ways to buy less American and buy more of everybody else, you might enjoy this list of Canadian and Non-American gun-related brands.
The list is far from comprehensive. We haven’t even touched Turkey — a major gun manufacturing hub. Our picks might not be 100% accurate, with factories and head offices moving around as they do. Treat this as a jumping off point. Feel free to send us correction or additions.
Also, don’t overlook the store you’re shopping at. If it’s a big box outdoors store, it’s probably not Canadian…
